Why is it taking so long to announce?

Herd will only arrive if or once drilling results justify it. The results here have been dire for a long time though.

If they say in RNS that they will drill in January, then that will be good enough for me. They will know the weather impact better than most.

But do you really want to be in this share for another 3 months not knowing what damage they might do to your holdings in that time? Not me…

If they sort out the money now, you really don't want the drilling to be delayed. Not only because of the high cash burn, but who knows what u turns or scary RNS they might release in the interim.

Has to be funding this week, and drilling in January, for this to have any chance imo.

Shares can only be described as cheap, IF they have funding and drilling sorted out. Otherwise, they have further to fall and might therefore be described as expensive. The company has nowhere to go right now. A Rig in need of repair and insufficient funds to drill the next target.

They need to take whatever funding deal they are offered, because they have no choice really (some of this is their own fault). These funders very likely have them over a barrel here, but the longer it takes, the worse the pain and eventual deal they will get. So just get it done! All imo and dyor

They need to announce the funding asap. That's the first thing that needs to happen to stop the nose bleed. Then as part of that same announcement or very shortly after it, they need to confirm the drilling for January.

Neither of these (funding and drilling in Jan) are certainties right now, which means they are in fact risks. They need to be addressed/removed asap, because I can't see the 1p trap door holding into the new year. All imo and dyor

Doesn't there come a point where it's no longer really a case of it being Naheed's fault, but your own? I really hope some of you realise the error of your thinking and beliefs when it comes to this dog, and don't waste as much of your time or money on it in 2024. Focus on something else that is genuine and credible, and not something that is going to give you jam tomorrow hype all the time, yet only deliver dilution, with very occasional and short lived jumps of 20% in the share price on its way down. There's plenty of better options out there, surely. All imo and dyor

Seems like its mostly only very small punts being taken now. The really big money seems to have gone, which is probably reflective of where the company is at right now.

Crusty - surely the fundraise has to be sorted this week, in order to leave a sensible chance of January drilling happening? I can't see how they can carry the fund raise over to the new year.

It's not making much sense. If they have funding offers in place, why would the share price go all the way to 1p? Surely, when they first came forward, these unsolicited funders would not have started their offers at anywhere near the 1p level, otherwise they would have been told where to go. Also, how did they know He1 was in need of funds in the first place, when the rest of the world thought they had plenty of cash?

The company is untrustworthy, so the question or risk of being messed around here, and this latest raise money effectively being keep the lights on money, is always there until things are confirmed in RNS. All imo and dyor

Skippys - are you not concerned that they might not end up drilling in January? I mean, they are leaving it really late with this funding, after which will they will then have to sort out the drilling. All this in a matter of a few weeks, with the Xmas period in between?

Having decided to pre-announce it, they really should have been ready to go with this fundraise as soon as the AGM voting was done. Each day they wait to announce it is another day of allowing the share price to fall. What are they playing at here?

The fund raise has indeed triggered this falling knife situation. And yet still some desperate muppets come out trying to make out it's all fine and dandy here, trying to entice newbies in. IMO, nobody should touch this, new or old, until they get the fund raise done. Prior to then, you just don't know how far this will fall because you don't know at what price the fund raise will be done. That makes it too risky, for new and old alike.

Proof is in the pudding - just ask all those who started buying ahead of the fund raise, at 2p, then 1.7p, then 1.4p. Have any of those turned out to be sensible and well timed purchases? All imo and dyor

Honestly RJ - you're such a paranoid child. You started off on this BB several months ago by telling us what an experienced and seasoned investor you were, and since then all you have done is demonstrate the very opposite. In fact, you have turned out to be one of the biggest pillocks on here - hard nosed, intransigent and stubborn.

You've left behind literally 100s of posts that have turned out to be wrong over circa 6 months and still you keep going. Who in their right mind is going to listen to you for investment advice, or anything to do with He1. You're only consistency and record here has been to be wrong, time and time again. And then again.
