There has been no rise in anticipation of spud, so the "punt trade" now has to hope that this current period of offloading cheap shares will suddenly and instantly switch to money pouring in here upon confirmation of spud, which buyers will then hold into results, for what is a very high risk drill.

Imo, if you are close to reaching any kind of definitive agreement, you don't then go and issue this kind of RNS. It risks alienating the other party, and you only do that, if the the other side are not playing ball with you in the first place. Or you have a much better deal from another party - which I very much doubt is the case, because they can't and won't have had time to advance negotiations with another party.

This sounds very much like back to where they were before they announced the MOU, when the previous CEO would often talk up offtake interest. So I suspect this is going to go back to another period of uncertainty and wait. But let's see.

Yes hold for gold, as the Director and BT are doing - assay results will be due soon and if they are half decent then bounce back can commence. It won’t take much buying to move this as most of the stock is in tight hands.

It is hard to reconcile the fact that the placing shares are being offloaded with the idea that the share price is about to go on a run? That would put the placees on the wrong side of the trade, after all their 'hard work' in getting those shares in the first place.I know markets can be irrational and illogical, but even so. PP - what do you think of AIM listed POW, and its attempts to portray itself as the leading Uranium junior play on LSE. Sprott has taken a stake in POW for that reason. POW have basically done a land grab in the Athabasca Basin which is supposed to be primary ground for Uranium exploration.

I would agree that at this late stage of discussions, the MOU, or its extension, will no longer be necessary, as its all now being superseded/governed by the JV agreement, with basic terms already agreed. This JV will be a MAJOR announcement when it happens, and I would think there's a lot of money on the side lines waiting to pile in when it does.
