Imo, if you are close to reaching any kind of definitive agreement, you don't then go and issue this kind of RNS. It risks alienating the other party, and you only do that, if the the other side are not playing ball with you in the first place. Or you have a much better deal from another party - which I very much doubt is the case, because they can't and won't have had time to advance negotiations with another party.
This sounds very much like back to where they were before they announced the MOU, when the previous CEO would often talk up offtake interest. So I suspect this is going to go back to another period of uncertainty and wait. But let's see.
Do they do much comms these days, or is it the same as before, non existent? All imo and dyor
