The share is in suspension for who knows how long. As I said a few months ago this provided an opportunity for honest discussion and appraisal. There is no point ramping or deramping because trading is suspended. By the time it resumes, if it resumes, in Q3 of 2024, no one will remember what is being posted right now.

I’ve made clear that I’m an ex shareholder and the progress that would need to see before i would ever consider reinvesting. Despite promising that progress, all RM has delivered is more dilution, more debt and more suspension.

Worth watching if you haven’t seen it (which I hadn’t before). Clearly didn’t hit the multiple zones of free gas they were hoping for and most of the helium they found was in water, as has already been discussed on here. The issue for them will be whether they will have enough bcf in the one free gas zone they did hit. As for the helium in water, it doesn’t appear that there is a proven method for extracting it. They said it will need looking at with a university. Tried to talk it up but body language was like car salesman - contrived and unconvincing to the trained eye. North Rukwa might have lots of Helium, but it needs to be free gas and not exsolved in order to be extracted.

So He1 need to report free gas helium and probably more than one zone of it at Itumbula in order to have any chance of a commercial find , was my takeaway from listening to the Noble duo.

I think the elephant in the room is still the DFS funding. Yes, the DFC is funding the current tranche of work with the DFS (and possibly the next tranche), but there will come a point where Bres will also need to pay for the DFS. Bres has not resolved how it will pay for it when the time comes, and the default is dilution. If Bres get concrete offtake agreements (not worthless MOUs), then any future dilution will be minimal and at higher levels. But until then, the concern of lower level dilution is still here? It's a rhetorical question simply to make a point, and I'm not really interested in the answers on here, especially from the usual weak minded or deluded gamblers.

The people on the side lines have a greater proportion of what might be classed as 'the smart money', and the people that have stuck with and through this debacle have a greater proportion of what might be considered 'the dumb money'. The former use their brains and assess properly, and the latter are guided mostly by their emotions and gambling tendencies, though they admit it not. Yet - it's never their fault and they spend a lot of time calling out others and making all sorts of nonsense accusations and conspiracy theories.

It's really very simple that even a lot of 10 year olds would get this right if it came up on a school test:

"When the share price is not giving you any reason to get in ahead of results, and the chances of failure are higher than the chances of success (as a matter of probability), should you: a) buy in ahead of those results, or b) wait for those results, or c) wait for those results unless the share price gives you reason to do otherwise? Please explain your answer.

This BB has certainly been a great learning tool when it comes to retail psychology, and the whole concept of greed, fear and hope etc. All of that stuff has been played out on this BB in the last 6 months or so. In the past, the insiders have got to know the outcome before the rest, usually allowing them to bail out before the bad news has landed, leading to accusations of leaky ship and all that. It will likely be the same this time round! All imo and dyor

The problem is that he keeps moving the goalposts. Plan A becomes Plan B which becomes Plan C which becomes Plan D and so on. The only consistent thread that runs through this shifting sands operation is the net result of dilution that each Plan ends with and the new Plan starts with.

A question that I have asked before, is whether any member of the BOD gains personally from the debt funding that keeps on being arranged between GCAT and the same few debt funding parties. I only ask because often arranger or consultancy fees are paid out to Directors. Has that been the case here? All imo and dyor

Gogs - all depends on their geology, because they were at least 400metres out on their prognosis for TD/Basement at Tai 3.

I think you also have to consider what purpose would be served by staying at He1. IF they don't get good results out of Itumbula then can you realistically see them ever being able to raise the several millions necessary for further exploration? I doubt that very much. Their best chance might be to JV with another company operating in the area which company can then utilise the Rig, and some of them might stick around for such a gig. They continue to pick up wages for doing very little. All imo

I think you need to grow up. It’s a bb for discussion and I’m offering my current opinion. It has been unwaveringly negative because the situation here has, in my opinion, not offered any positives. So quit with the whining and the conspiracy theories.

Troajan - the flawed KAV comparisons are getting really silly now, and you're sound really bitter. He1 have told us they are spending all their cash on this drill, and so we know they are going to have to raise again. KAV have not spent their £6 million and are fully funded for now. If they release a RNS to say they have spent the £6 million, then you can make that claim.

How I see it is that you usually enter a trade (punt or otherwise) before results, in the expectation that it will rise on anticipation. When that rise doesn't happen, you should re-evaluate that trade, because your main reason/belief for taking it in the first place has not proven correct. That is what has happened here in that the spud RNS did not trigger any rise and there is currently no fomo at all. So that particular trade looks dead.

And so I see little to no reason to buy now ahead of the next RNS, because the share price isn't really giving you any. All imo and dyor

KR - there is plenty of downside left in He1 and you will see it if they don’t find Helium. In fact you might see it even if they do find helium because the market knows He1 will need another capital raise, and so that might hold it back as well.

Looks like the market (hence share price) will just wait for results rather than rise in anticipation? At the moment, therefore, there is little need to take a punt trade at all. Why not just wait for the actual results?

That's fair enough RJ - tbh, I think that's the reaction that I also had when I first heard about shorting. But now I just think it's just the other side of the coin in terms of market speculation. Just to be clear though, I haven't shorted, but I don't have a moral objection against it.

If anyone has shorted this from 10p, then fair play to them, other than I don't think anyone could have done so without having insider knowledge. That is obviously unfair, unethical and immoral, but if someone shorted at 10p because they just made a good call (high risk exploration play etc, reading sentiment or just based on charting), then I would rate (not hate) them for being so smart. Again, just to be clear, I have never shorted.
