Isn't the drilling going to be done under the JV. If so, can't see how they can commence it until the JV is signed, especially if Sheffield will be paying for some or all of it?

It doesn't take much selling to move the price here. You have to take the liquidity whilst its available. All now depends on how long it's going to take to update the market. The bit in the RNS that I wasn't too happy with was:

"A further announcement will be made ONLY when all requisite approvals have been received and legal and regulatory documents have been finalised and signed, or when required by regulatory obligations."

That suggests it could take a while yet? Share price is reacting accordingly. All imo and dyor

Are BCE going to do a HE1? Put out a bad RNS to tank the share price, only to then put out a really good RNS?

A 5x return from these levels would be most welcome. I've added on this consolidation. The newsflow coming up here over the next few months is likely to be transformational. GLA

Thanks Swissy - really useful update and it's been on my watchlist for a few months now, without me having had a chance to research the company. Does the presentation cover pretty much everything you need to know about the company? Always be careful when an AIM company suggests it doesn't need to raise though!

Do you have any thoughts on Genedrive? They've just raised and so it's going dirt cheap right now, with some decent newsflow coming up as well? I've put a small initial sum in and am thinking it might be a good 3 month swing trade, so might add more?

The biggest issue now is whether delay = dilution. Will OMI be able to get to drilling now without raising cash first? So time is money in that sense. It’s a tough market still for raising cash. That’s where drilling in May v drilling in August could make a big difference.

A real waste of space of a share with a dodgy leadership that selectively releases newsflow imho. But can occasionally give you a really good spike if you catch it right. Problem is the spikes tend to be short lived, so you have to be quick to catch them, and if you miss them, it's a long road back.

That is a massive sell and surprising someone of that value wants to bailout on the eve of a supposedly company making JV? With the drop in Sheffield's own share price, is there something else going on here you wonder.

Maybe there's a HNW party in both companies that needs to sell for their own reasons?

Just catching up with this afternoon's posts. I have to echo some of what Bebeto has said. I don't think Daniel said anything that is outside the normal range of normal discussion on a bb, and particularly in the circumstances. So calling him out is a bit harsh in my opinion.

JC - I note what you say about problems with PKF. If that's what you are hearing in the city, then fair enough. I guess it does chime with what GCAT are saying. But PKF are running a real risk here, because GCAT could go under here as a result of the time taken to do the audit, or lose financing as a result, which RM has already alluded to. I'm just surprised that a company like PKF would take on such a risk, and why they would even take on such a potentially poisoned chalice audit if they are so stretched.

Also, it's gone on long enough as it is, and how can they be so stretched that they can't even give an indicative timescale? Does that make sense to you?

I'd say there's got to be more to do with this if they are not even providing a timeline? Either there are real problems at PKF which have nothing to do with GCAT, or the audit is raising problems between PKF and GCAT, which is why it's not being completed.

These are the key lines from the two recent RNS. The questions they raise are:

1) Have PKF provided a timeline?

2) If so, then why has RM not shared it with the market as suggested he would do in the RNS?

3) If PKP have not provided a timeline, then why not? What possible reasons could there be for not providing a GCAT with a timeline in its current desperate situation?

KR - I said last week that HEX looked ready to move, and it has moved? MM will take large amounts for 21.5p. I think you will do well to get 20p now, but this is AIM, and MM can do anything they want. So go with your own analysis of the situation as always.

Did he mention the strategic investment his recent interviews? If so then no issue at all. If he did not, then maybe there is a problem but surely he would have to RNS it?

With 10 weeks left to drill, it's clear that the share price is going to be far north of where it it is today during this period. There are no sure things in the market, but this is as close as you are going to get imho barring some kind of totally unexpected twist. I know a lot attention has been on Bo, but don't forget the Minch. He did a superb job at ramping up the excitement during HE1's maiden drill programme at Tai. I am sure he has his mojo back and will bang the drum here every bit as loudly and give us a summer party here.

Can't see HEX dipping under 20p now. Too many buyers waiting for that to happen. Just how high is this thing going to go is the question right now, especially with newsflow underneath it as well? One of the few AIM stocks in the pf that you don't need to worry about right now. GLA
