Surely the questions should be was the interview educational about our investment. Was it factual? Did it explain where SS wants to take HH. Did it explain the opportunity HH and wider Weild assets present. Did explain the investment case. think the answer to all these questions was a resounding yes:)

Seadoc, you might be right if for every square inch if Kim an equivalent ocean of 800 metres in depth sat directly on the Kim. Alas it does not. So your illustration is not only pointless but entirely wrong.

That is to say the depth and girth of the casing, and the choke size are used as part of the formula for calculating the down hole pressure, but they do not in themselves influence it materially.

Strikes me the bottom hole pressure is what it is, and in UKOG’s case remained entirely constant, and the flow rate was determined by the choke size, with the down hole pressure remaining constant, rather than the choke determining the down hole pressure, and therefore the flow, as penguins suggests.

The headline 900bopd wasn’t announced after the initial flows of Kl3, does it therefore follow that they came last? Presumably, and on tbe derampers logic had the best rates come first, ie at the start of the Kl3 test, SS would have been shouting from the roof tops right from the outset...maybe they came last...wink wink:)
