Word of warning though, 10 days could mean working days. A court order in the U.K. which states file 3 days prior to a hearing never includes weekends or bank holidays and means 3 ‘clear’ days which means that if a hearing was on a Friday , papers would need to be filed on the Monday before, point being days do not always equal days in the world of law.

We do have a significant stockpile to sell in the interim however.... circa 1 and 1/4 million tonnes I believe:)

In U.K. a Court order has two dates, the date of the order, which would match the hearing date if applicable (unless a reserved judgment), and the drawn date, ie when it was typed up and se to to the parties. Interestingly any time limits would usually flow from the order date not the drawn date.

It crossed my mind that if bank deal was delayed Solicitors advice to Dev might be to apply to Court fir permission to ship a further 10 million profit worth of iron ore....
