Without doing any googling at all I can tell you without a shadow of doubt the doctrine of Res Judicata is totally irrelevant. Not sure what that says about 3 or 4, other than they could be equally irrelevant Latin phrases that are related to legal proceedings, but have absolutely no relevance to the Dev proceedings and their final outcome.

I imagine Glencore would be looking to get hold of the mine once up and running again….
