10 bagged object last 18 months: in the real world it is clear that the market likes what KDNC are doing.

Sage words EV, if more join the inpatients then the share price will likely fall further before the deal is done. fine by me I will continue to accumulate, a few days, a few weeks, a few months. It matters not. When it happens those not holding will regret their impatience, imo only.

Meanwhile back in the real world Emh Aus share price now equivalent to £1.13:) port is being revamped, railway is being restored, iron is being shipped…. We are close, very close.

Personally, I still think £1.50 to £2.00 at this stage reflects fair value. I would be disappointed with anything less and I bought in at well below 10p a share.

I think it’s fair to say… the day this deal is signed we are all going to be very very happy:)

Certainly looks like things are now coming to a head, I note your comments re when the AGM date was set, and when the ships were booked… e are ll in the immediate period following the publication of the judgment.

Did anyone get to the bottom of the 14 days, ie whether it was 15 working days, I know it speculated that it was likely to be working days, as it st Luke be unusual fir a court deadline to fall on a sat.

I can’t see what you are referring to, but in English law there is a difference between the date of the Oder and the date the order is drawn. How exciting…

Brazilian courts are 4 hour before gmt. English Courts finish at 4.30pm. Any judgment could easily come after the market closes tomorrow and before it opens I n Mon.

Curious that a court deadline would take us to a Saturday, unless -5 days refers to working days which would take us t a week on Friday.
