They stated at the end of the RNS that they were still committed to the strategy of 12th May. My understanding of that is an assets sale to a creditable party.

Would agree with that if we were selling the company. However, its assets that are being sold and irrespective of how the market values us the asset value is way in excess. I dont think the market realise fully how much we have in value.

If UBS and DLAPiper are still on board then wait for the big One coming soon imho

I take comfort from the fact the Directors etc hold around 20% of the company. Any change would bring an instant RNS so my take is that negotiations ongoing till conclusion. Regards last RNS where it changed from creditable offer to strategic options, I did email Keith saying we needed more clarity when the company RNSs as we sometimes dont quite understand whats going on. He replied that this would be noted.

How they phrased the RNS seems to me it was the biggest hint possible that it is sold.

They stated they had offers for both the business and assets but they chose this because they thought it represented more value to the shareholders. For goodness sake just wait the the RNS instead of just pure speculation.

As I understand they had bids for the company but chose to go down this route as they feel it's the best for investors. How can that be failure????

I have been a holder for several years bought most of mine at half a penny. Over those years the BOD have taken salary in shares raised money so that they could transition the assets to where they are today. To look at the value of the company in the way you do is quite silly. The amount of money spent in exploration, countless bores to determine grades etc etc. How much would you need to spend to get to where we are today?? Plus the vast resources that are now available to mine. To my mind we are very undervalued sp wise at the moment. imho.

Friday's RNS was another huge piece of jigsaw to nearly complete the final picture. Question is how many more pieces are there??? This BOD are very smart cookies!!!

Remember we were approached to sell, the BOD will NOT give this away . We can mine ourselves if necessary.

You have to ask yourself is a 3 bagger enough for the BOD to accept??? Or is it not worth mining ourselves and reaping far more over a period of years! Rest assured they will not give this away, especially as PGM will be in short supply.
