We are in the fortunate position that we do NOT have to sell. This will only be sold if the BOD think its realising full value for shareholders, otherwise its mine ourselves. Doubt that will happen imo sale will be effected.

I have been in for a few years my average is 1/2 /p am over 5000% up at mo.

The BOD have put a lot of hard graft and taken pay in shares. Very much doubt 60p is in there minds. They know what they have here!!!

Acting for a company i was a Director of, we bought a factory 250k sq ft and 32 acres. Agreed a price subject to satisactory DD and environmental checks, cost a fair bit. On satisfactory DD etc we closed the deal.

So you are saying that the no offer has been made, yet some entity has gone the the expense and time of doing a DD just on spec???? I dont think so. They will have agreed something. You just dont do DD on a whim!!!

When I bought an asset I agreed a price, then had solicitors do DD etc on in meantime lined up finance to buy. On satisfactory DD etc signed.

How can it be bad news? We just mine it ourselves sinosteel option till 2028 I believe.

I would have thought if DD has been completed and all found to be in order then an offer will ensue sooner than later. Why incur the cost and time then sit back and let the opposition take advantage. The last I was involved in a DD and environmental survey, once completed made an offer the the asset involved. A 250k sq ft factory in 32 acres.

Doubt our BOD will allow any chipping away at sale price. They will sell if its right. Will not sell is it doesnt meet their expectation. Simple as that. We have option on table to mine.

The BOD stated from the outset they would NOT sell cheap. If you think they will sell for 30 or 40 p you are living in cloud cuckoo land!!!!

Remember on thing, the BOD said from the outset they would NOT sell cheap. They have Sinsosteel on back burner if needed they dont need to sell cheap and they wont do.
