Listen to what Craig has to say about Shenyang in today's interview https://www.pscp.tv/w/1zqJVXNnBrnKB
TS - a great summary especially helpful for those who won't take 17 minutes to listen!
CB explained why Novum was chosen which eased a conern I had, also made it clear Shen is far more than just a warrant holder - may well be a strategic supplier in the development of Bailieston down track!
CB also made it clear it is his intention to take Bailieston all the way to production. He has done that twice before.
The icing on this very nice cake for me were his answers on a Creswick JV. Technical side is complete "just going through licensing and legal issues" waiting on correspondence are from department of economic development then down to "finalising final legal documentation and come to arrangements. "The group concerned have been successful with a number of other companies being listed or sold for over a billion dollars"
In my opinion Creswick JV will be done this month.

There are differing opinions on this BB about whether warrants are cleared or not. In reality it makes no difference for those who are here for the long haul. Warrants are just an irritant. We knew about them when we invested, they don't change the reasons we invested, the Bailieston and Creswick opportunities have not one away, the BOD are just as strong and focussed as ever. If anything the last week has shooed away a few butterflies and given another opportunity to top up. Next warrants are at 5p - I say bring it on.
"Wouldnât surprise me if they purchase it one day soon, mobilise it and tell us in 6 weeks time itâs been drilling away but âwe didnât want to make a big deal about itâ :D"
No can't start drilling without being named :)
AD12 I've looked at the history of everyone of their listed clients before and after their involvement with Novum. Of course not all were joint broker arrangements. I've also done research on their people/processes. As I said I can find little optimism. I trust CB and our board so it doesn't deter me from holding tight.
Standing by my long held view that JV news will be early February and todays RNS is another tick against that opinion. However having taken a good look at Novum and the performance of their client base they do not fill me with optimism. Clearing the warrants is the good news
