I'm essentially a price action investor basing my entry and exits on my charts rather than the fundas in the belief that fundas dont move price. investor sentiment to fundas moves price.
having said that i'm excited about modern as i see good growth potential in an expanding market from proven processes.

• Break-even for the first time in the Membrane Division
• Return the Monitoring Division to profitability by completing the sales transition in China
• Make significant progress in Gibraltar
it has several institutional investors holding approiximately 50% of shares so a placing is not feared. the last one in 2013 @50p when price was 58p was fully taken up
.the only downside is the freefloat which is 80% but dispite this the share price can spike.mainly because the 50% institutional investors won't be bothered by price fluctuations thus reducing the 'freefloat'.
open to correction if any facts are incorrect as i don't dwell too much on the detailed underlying fundas only to assess if a share has potential..

i also like companies where the directors invest in their company other than through free options or at
greatly discounted prices to market value.
