GS capital ltd aka Alan bigger pumped ?0.5m into whet paying a paltry ? 0.00864 for each share according to documents lodged at Companies House..

clearly some were sold on to other inner circle friends and associates as britdaq says there are now 1000 shareholders not just the 2 on incorporation further evidenced by me buying my shares from another inner circle financier.

when price started trading @ 5p a share that made each share costing ?0.00864 a 5.79 bagger

at 35p that makes it a massive 41 bagger and that ?0.5m worth ?20,246,899

market value back to ?8.24m as of 25 may according to britdaq but still a nice bagger for GS et all. not bad for the cost of ?150k.see below

but wait. what about the so called gifted 'free shares' to the long suffering wrn shareholders?

what did that actually cost?

assuming it was 30% of total shares in issue the cost was 30% of ?0.5m = ?150K given away plus professional fees for arranging it. not sure who picks up the latter, inner circle or whet probably whet.

so in the scheme of things only ?150k at cost has been given away but in doing so together with the pumping has helped fuel the meteoric rise of whet from 5p to 35p making the inner circle very rich not only on paper but in hard cash terms too and recouping the cost of the gift several times over..

so rightly or wrongly that's how i perceive this so called generous offer of free shares.

not too difficult to deduce who has received and will receive the most benefit.

open to correction if the sums are wrong .the 30% is a guestimate. 27% seems to be in the back of my mind but can't find where i got it from.

in reality itt is liikely that CH will stay striking off temporarily iff enouugh people writte to it objectingg ttto it..

why else would inner circle holders of shares be willing to sell at 5 to35p if as you say wait until oct 2019 ?

i believe you may have said to provide liquidity. well that would be in line with hushmail encouraging trading i suppose.

as i have said before, rightly or wrongly, i am treating this as if it were a pump and dump. however won't be trading/selling my gifted shares until price is in excess of the 35p high if price gets beyond it again..

Use all the Barchart analysis 1 day 5dday 1 month charts to assist with decisions. Lower time frames not so reliable could get whipsawed but good for early warning to lock in part or all paper profit.

click study- select exponential x3 I use 3 red,8 blue,54 or 34 purple

one caveat if price advancees too far ahead oof the T LINE consixder loocking in all or part of your paper profit.

as for mosbowgo's comments on shorting it is generally unavailable on the majority of aim shares although an excellent tool to hedge aim shares dependent on spread. the only broker i know of that allows shorting aim shares is Spreadex BUT one has to have a long position to do so .. therefore ideal for LTH to do a straddle to protect paper profit like when price spiked to 18p and nose dived to 6p.. making money on the up and on the down.
