LTI, as your experience has shown many times over, when a Yield is getting to around 10%, there is usually a rebasement.

If this crash keeps going, ther'll be a severe globasl recession, then rates will be coming straight back down again. Earnings will be hit, Divi's lowered.

Hi Jamtart, I probably disagree with that. The west has enjoyed and expects its lights on when they press a switch, to party in a nightclub when they want to, to drive where they like when they like.

I'm not sure I would want debt at Zero.. Depending on the level and usage, Businesses run more efficiently when they have a reasonable amount of debt.

Good for investments and good for offsetting profit against greedy Chancellors
