It is severe yes, the level of work is pretty mind blowing. Easy enough for a new build, a nightmare for a 1960's ex-Council home..... Specialist everything, so costs a pretty penny sadly, but worth it if you are looking long term.

Shortly after I submitted it created 2 lines, with a value accruing to the offer price, the 2nd line at zero still.

Then just after I posted first time checked emails, and cash in..

Just checked my AJ Bell.. 75'000 shares has been taken and the funds already into my account!!!

I only have 100'000 shares, I submitted 75% approved, 25% leave in, with hope and luck of the gods..

Total Farce though, both parties dragging it out disgracefully in a business and professional sense..

In my opinion, for what little it is worth.

If there's a war, markets will react to the downside, for everything.. This is not like the Saudi Attacks where BB posters are exciting about a 40 / 60 % jump in their shares.... This is nasty business if it kicks off, and our holdings across the board will be hit, including Oilers. Just my opinion.

I Ditto the strange way it's been held in such a tight range, as this is not normal.. You'd normally get the 123p / 128p even 133/134 spikes, but nothing the past few days, very tight.. Something must be brewing...

Side note, filter "Not Happy Quetta", they are not even invested and just trolls
