I see the Divi has increased year on year, but the SP falling year on year.. Naturally the Yield is then magnified even stronger..

So, increasing Divi, Healthy Yield on the Divi's, but SP steadily declining..

I have some spare change for a rainy day and this seems like a valued addition to the Portfolio.... What am I missing or getting myself into if the SP declines further for the next 5 years ?
