Would anyone make an offer without access to the dataroom?

It's a good way of drawing up the SP so long as the offer is higher than the SP but the other party would likely have insisted on NDA's whilst bids are ongoing.

So they get a free pass to do as they like because of what they previously achieved? As far as I'm concerned they are accountable and expected to supply us with regular updates so long as they are being paid until the process has been proven. Quarterly reports are for proven established mines.

Is it really so bad someone wanting accountability, promotion and alignment with the jv partner? Seems to me they want an improvement in the SP which is a good thing.

Good post LI, anyone any idea when in April the report will be out, I could do with the money?
