Calmer waters with the filter button - saves having to waste time reading ill-informed comments. Better things to with my time. There does seem to be a theme here with people trying to discredit GGP. They come on and with their first post they try to disrupt - no gentle introduction asking about the company and its prospects. No - they come in straight from the off with their accusations and ignorance. Maybe they have a wealthy paymaster, we will never know.

laurenlouise - your posts are often filled with more than a hint of what-ifs and veiled negativity. Try reading the Newcrest and GGP websites, RNS's and listen to the interviews with GH again. The clues are all there

It still makes me think why Newcrest didn't accumulate a load of shares ages ago in GGP. Ok they have the joint venture but from very early on in the drilling they would have been increasingly aware that Havieron was emerging as huge.

Even 8 months ago the SP was below 2p ie market cap £75m ish. They could have had the whole of Havieron (and the rest of GGP probably) at less than 15p I would guess. They will pay a lot more in the end but that's their choice
