Christ its been a painful few months , yrs for some let us embrace this moment ! For what its worth iv got peanuts in here but have enjoyed reading the board on a daily basis , iv come close to selling a few times but admitedly what has kept me here is the wealth of knowledge some of these posters have , good on you lads , now lets get this up to 0.40 sharpish

Im not one for jumping in and out of shares , patience is key but i just felt Rock was so predictable , even with its most recent uplifting RNS where it did something like 50% it soon starts to retrace back below 1p , i just feel here there is a bit more going on , most importantly i believe in Tim Livsey .. Im very new to investing so just tryinh to get a feel for it
