I understand this is a forum to talk about 88. I have my thoughts and opinions which I share from time to time. it is not my intention to offend anyone in any way. I do like to read some of the stuff posted here but much of what is posted is the same as a football fan singing the same songs as he watches his team play every week.. same songs win loose or draw... only difference is it has a bit of a stock market slant on it

Well we are moving along nicely towards the drill a day at a time. Not happy with the cash raise just before spud but i'm not calling the shots. Still is over and done with. He has the money now, our share is more diluted and weaker because of it.
We will move on news I think.. Day after day I read... It was red it was blue, its should have been red, it should have been blue, The MMs are at it again, Hes a Troll, DYOR but when a red herring hits the fan and it often does ,DYOR is conveniently replaced with"We do not know what we do not know".. What we do know is that PMO have done research and as a result of that are going to invest $23 Million dollars in Charlie 1 drill.....Our Pretty 3D pics show lots of oil where we are drilling particulaly Torak. Bottom Line we are looking for "Oil that we can get out in Commercial Quanties" words to that effect on an RNS will in my opinion positively affect the price... As far as im concerned anything else is currently peripheral white noise.. but I believe we have a good chance of achieving this, thats why im here and suspect thats why most of you are here too

If DW is that confident he could have waited just a short few day till we hit Torak Then sold equity at 2-4p at least if it really is transformational... Of course your all forgetting its still 50/ 50 thus cash rase now!!!

Like I've always said DYOR is worth Jack today proves that. Only DWs research and actions matter as we will learn to our cost.. Yet again

If this drill is going to be transformational like everyone is saying why not wait until we hit commercial oil in Torak then we could raise cash at a much higher price with much less dilution of assets. This is the worst possible timing. I'm so disappointed

Jiddy you are correct about greed and Sentiment those are the wild cards... Currently the cards are not being played

The RNS was a good one, Good positive news along with good balance sheet, this is a long term investment.
Hopefully the share price will improve with positive news and news of commercial oil finds. this is (when of if) we get those results. I cannot understand why people think prices will go x2 x3 x4 for no reason other than history or the multitude of lemmings jumping off a cliff AKA the herd... it may happen but it is by no means a given ..if nothing changes there is no reason why the price at spud should not be similar to todays prices

for any of this THOERY to become real we need to add the magic words OIL PRODUCED IS COMMERCIALLY VIABLE..
only time will tell if that will happen... If you want to look at somthing REAL as to where we may be going with this why dont you look at DWs share options...They are 3p.. not £1 not 50p or 16p but 3p .... Dont worry about DYOR,, DW is the head honcho he does all the real reasearch and his share options are 3p....Enough said

It's like l said historically there is no guarantee of spike before a spud. Why the opinion formers here thought it was a given is beyond me. In the real world people buy a proven product... We are not yet proven that's the simple answer. Clearly there is no catalyst for the herd to run with maybe we need a good salesman to present RNSs in a positive light.

ASX, LSE, RED, BLUE, MMs are academic side shows. Were here for the Drill.. PMO are forking out 23 Million Dollars based on their research and our 3D evidence. forget the DYOR brigade PMO are a medium sized professional Oil Company who have knowledge and experience at the highest level and based on their OWN research and information gathering they have decided to commit $23m for a drill. I dont know about the rest of you but thats good enough for me. it may not come to fruition but if PMO are getting out the cash there must be a very good chance of success and several levels to look at along the way during the drill
