I look on in amazement.... Price on Spud? OZ 10% down. We are at the start of a worldwide pandemic.. Has anybody noticed China is all but closed for business its new car sales were at last count down 92% Lockdown means cars dont travel and Planes dont fly thus the slump in oil prices. Dont worry about your charts.. This is a red herring and nothing and nobody can predict whats going to happen... To be honest we are doing well at the moment with lockdown and restricted movement with minimal deaths all is good... Nobody is as yet talking about the next stage OZ has already started to empty supermarket shelves..... We can even deal with a few small riots and empty supermarkets but the next stage after that is where is the food and water?

On the positive side The 88/PMO drill is already isolated in the arctic tundra so while the world is in meltdown our business is getting on with the job.. A massive plus wouldnt you say.... Let me put it like this our current investment is like buying shares in Nohas ark and Noah did just fine GLA

This has to be put into perspective if everyone in the world gets it there may be in the region of 117 million dead but life will go on as there are still 7 billion people on the planet who need food cloths shelter and transport and that includes oil, the Crash in oil prices is to be expected under these extreme conditions but it will last as long as the crisis. unfortunately we dont know how long that will be. but it will recover

As ive said before its highly unlikely that coronavirus will hit our drill so our part of the world with our investment will be ok
we are already in isolation in the Alaskan tundra and if we hit "commercial oil" all is well and good even if the world outside goes to chaos

88 are still doing the drill with PMO , we still have a good chance of success Particulaly with the Torak region of the drill.
the words "oil found in commercial quantaties" will have a major upside no matter how bad things get in the real world

Corona virus is currently having a "Crashing effect" on the worlds stock market I suppose to some extent we are affected.
on the positive side you cant get better quarantine facilities than the tundra of Alaska so no reasons for the drill not to go ahead.

Im standing my ground along with the other 88 faithful. This share is not for the weak the nervous or for those that are not willing to loose everything they have invested here.

So its still 50/50 unfortunately the good half of the 50/50 is looking drawn out with possibilities as opposed to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The bad half of the 50/50 does not bare thinking about.

I was looking at yesterday's finish at 1.3p it looked like a blip but seems well supported today so it's all good.. periods of 1.35 and nice and a sniff of the barmaids apron at 1.4 so it's looking fine and dandy

the 1.43p buy was a tad under £50K serious cash

47p keeps rearing its ugly head and should be taken with a pinch of salt. This is a broker recommendation based on most of our theoretical oil figures actually becoming commercial oil production. Currently we are looking at and hoping for only commercial rates from Torak. Anything else is a bonus. As they say on these boards you will need a 40 bagger to get to 47p so the chances of such figures are slim but at least it's very nice theory

We now have the Drilling Permit AKA licence to print money in the case of Torak

I love it when" Pleased to Announce" is the opening line and I dread it when its absent. Well we have the drill Permit and the ice road is well underway Looking to spud soon .. I thing thats all the facts we need to hear in the interim period.. PMO are ready with Cash, Oil is Down below, All we need now is DW to steer us to the bulls eye in TORAK followed by an RNS that says " pleased to announce Oil found in Commercial quantity" then the fat lady can sing

As has been stated recently the negative sentiment is currently strong. raising cash has certainly sent the herd elsewhere to swell the price of another share. I feel the only way up now is the production of genuine positive information ie commercial flow rates anything else is peripheral .. It does not help matters that the correct paperwork is not yet in place. I's need to be dotted T's need to be crossed.... We have a good chance of success dont loose sight of that

Nothing has Changed. PMO are still doing the drill. Corona virus upsetting the apple cart. DW slapped wrist for borrowing at the wrong time in my opinion. Price dropping.. But let's not forget why we are here and the potential of commercial oil being reached. Nothing has changed since PMO decided to drill

Brombarb I agree with you..Its important to look at the situation as it really is..for months we have had to listen to people say Charlie is a definate win for 88 and woe betide the nay sayers who say anything different. The fact is there is a good chance that we may have commercial oil at Torak but its a chance and by no means 100% ..DW has always said 50/50 and ive no reason to dis believe the gaffer

For a cash raise is usually a high price but its usually expected because of the companies financial situation. I think this cash raise has really hit investors confidence because nobody believed at this moment in time it was either neccesary or relevant. But then there is the question if Charlie fails raising cash at sub one pence would finish us off. So technically it was not an unsound move.. However l think it left a nasty taste in investors mouths. The worse part is that it appears to have scared the herd off who were going to spike the share price. Now everyone is sitting around waiting for the RNS that will change the world... REALLY??? For me we still have a good chance of success here.. I'm happy to stay in
