Having a look about, WINS has disappeared from lots of shares.

Speculation on the reason for not delivering on 2 dates will harm the Companies reputation, just at a time it needs to build it as it grows and looks toward a dual listing.

Very poor. Recent SP trend reflecting that, I believe.

If I recall correctly a large investor who sold out a few years back cited "a lack of transparency" as part of their reason. I know things change and evolve, but my only gripe with this Company is not communicating or following through on communication and "promises" at least to the extent that is possible.

Let's hope they find a way to explain and soon.

I do hope the Company either replies or issues an RNS.

I wasn't expecting a dividend policy to be made in 2018, but when it was announced it was coming it strengthened my belief in the Company. 1st date missed, revised date missed without even an acknowledgement.

This is not good at all. The false promises will have influenced shareholders actions.
