140% short is just incredible. The good part here though is the small free float. That pushes the short position a lot higher, so I suspect it doesn't look as good as that for them? This also assumes there's no shares being loaned out by II's

They felt like nuts at the time to me, plus thg was up on tradegate overnight, so that would indicate they were buys?

Certainly feels like the powers that be have almost said, “ok we’ve screwed this share as much as we can, time to get our mates on board for the ride back up, now” such a contrast in sentiment. Am I being too cynical?

Someone posted here the other day that the total amount of shorts was 7.5%. That's 90,000,000 shares they need to get out of the free float, assuming II's won't loan. This is why it's important to set a 30 day sell order at a stupidly high price, so they can't loan your shares out - some brokers don't let you set a high price, so be careful not to sell them without wanting to. The shorts stick together so we need to as well and make it as tough as possible for them.

If none of the II's are loaning their shares, these shorts have to buy up a huge amount of the free float. On advice from someone on here, I set a 30 day sell order for £5 so that my shares can't get loaned out. Everyone should do the same

So Steve, what would you like the share price to go to and what do you think it can go to? Handy to know your average is because if think this is going to drop like a stone, why wouldn't you sell? If the answer is I can't sell and crystallize my loss, then you must believe this has a good chance of rising. Which is it?

Pretty good trading update. The only negative was the cost of energy, well guess what, everyone's in the same boat! To hammer the price by 7% is quite ridiculous

Problem is, the MM can manipulate leveraged shares, which then can help shorts out. For me, I'd just rather own what I own. It may be less but at least you're in control of your own destiny, to a certain extent. I would say a lot of leveraged shareholders have been closed out on the way down to 32p!

We know there's circa 4% declared, by positions over 0.5%. Shorts are going to have to get 75% of the free float, unless one of the ii's help them out. That's a big ask, surely?

7.5% of the share issue is 90,000,000 shares. Free float was 10% of share issue 120,000,000 shares - Interesting!

Well, it certainly moved more than 20p in a day on the way down!
