Correct. Also, with so many "experts" on this chatboard who could have done a much better job at submission than anyone else, I am very surprised that Tim hasn't turned to them for advice. These individuals can even read a crystal ball (negatively) and tell him what is wrong even without details being known. Amazing! C'mon Tim, tap into this wealth of knowledge and investment nous before it dries up.

I normally agree with your posts and you appear to be as cynical as myself.
I cannot really comment on the appointment of PH but I feel that the second point in relation to consolidation is a bit of a red herring. There has certainly been manipulation on the back of it but I feel that the newsflow would have taken the sp down to these levels irrespective of consolidation.
I am clear on who is the beneficiary of such moves though.
AIM is wide open to laddering and spoofing and is lightly regulated
Also, because Sareum is widely owned by PI's the market will do anything and everything to prevent PI's from cashing in shares at a high sp and taking cash from the coffers without the Market being "In control" - lets face it, we would all slice or cash in on a sudden spike.

Surfie - I wish I could reassure you but we all need to come to terms with our own emotions. I do follow the science and facts and I remain confident that there will be a successful outcome in one way, shape or form.
I am not negative, but I am frustrated. Easier for me to say because I still retain a decent profit and did top slice at 8p etc Not gloating and I feel for investors who are down. The mms will shake you out or wait you out. Either way they want to take your shares cheaply. Patience is the name of the game - out wait the market.

I have read negative diatribes from the same people for months now. For the life of me I cannot understand why they didn’t take their own advice months ago and sell out at a much higher sp. Something illogical about their own argument versus their stated position

I have been extremely supportive of the BoD in difficult times. I am also used to disappointment. Been here since God was a teenager and was buying at 0.32 old money. I continue to hold and I have bought more this morning.
It is illogical to think that Tim took/made a call and was given the news without asking why.

Badsterman - I am surprised it isn't obvious. I acknowledge Tim is following the rules as you put it but if he has to wait for written confirmation to release the reason and the remedy then he should have held for written confirmation of the delay - not verbal.
If we are accepting verbal, then he should have also stated the reason for delay based upon his conversation in the same RNS. That way, it would be a complete and balanced (and still disappointing)

The only remedy is to make another phone call and release a further RNS with clarifications. It is not beyond the capability of mankind to write the letter and send as an attachment by email. The longer we go without clarification the more suspicious it appears.

The RNS was released after hours - fair enough although the Nomad would have had to agree content and sign off. So yesterday afternoon activity for Sareum and Nomad.
The content is interesting. The RNS firmly implies a telephone call. There is no man on this earth that would receive such a call and not ask what the queries might be. Tim is no exception.
If Tim was told he should release this info within the RNS but hasn't presumably because he is waiting for written clarification. In which case the RNS should have been delayed to encapsulate all of the information. Instead, we have a RNS which has dragged us down significantly.
So why has this happened and who does it benefit? One can only speculate.
Look out for a TR-1 due to cheap sp - don't think we will get one
Look out for a placing at a low level - got a chance if funding an issue. The City won't lend at a good rate due to risk factors.
It is the sequence of events I am concerned about. Why hang us out to dry?

I am disappointed that the RNS has been released without written confirmation being received. Bit of a knee jerk reaction by Tim et al. They must have known that it would lead to speculation and angst. I would hate to think the BoD have taken this Aadvice from PH

Heard back from the source. It is quite normal to request further information and is nothing to worry about despite being frustrating.
The source is non Sareum specific but states that once details are known of what is required then it is straightforward enough. 1801 has not failed per se so let that sink in.
I have no idea of timescale as it is dependent on what may be required.
I take comfort from the fact that this type of request appears to be normal

It will still be walked down Silverfoil. I suspect it will plummet first thing aided and abetted by traders. That’s the way of the world I am afraid. Look on the bright side - it sounds as if Utah will be rejoining us despite his stated misgivings.
We are in for a volatile ride until we receive clarification. IMO it throws up a major buying opportunity but with all of the attendant risks. It is what it is and we will all make our own respective calls in the morning. There can be no criticism of anyones personal decisions due to the uncertainty currently on display.

Shareholders in GGP, BOIL, ROCk etc are all up in arms after sp decimation. The most pronounced of these is GGP who - it is thought - were a takeover target for NCM. It never came off as the CEO saw it coming and took action. If something similar is happening here then I do not feel we would avoid a hostile takeover if one was launched.
It’s business I suppose but I would be extremely disappointed if we have been set up.

Well said Basil, Sad and HbD. This is entirely in line with what I posted a few days ago. Still a disappointment though. Plenty of sellers first thing looking to buy back cheaper. I will hold and buy the dips. Only way to make money in the long run.
It is a setback but no more than that. It hasn’t failed and it isn’t terminal!
Buy when others fearful remains the mantra for me.
We do need clarification as soon as possible along with a revised timeline.
Time for calm heads and rational thinking. Ask yourself who will be buying the cheaper shares.
