RE: Information please15 Nov 2022 16:38
I agree with all you say Basil. For the first time ever, I was disappointed with how this was handled and communicated. Without raking over old coals, my only caveat would be that we are obviously into a very sensitive stage of Sareum development and, possibly, negotiation. This is an obvious setback to both and time will tell whether it is a mere blip. We do not know what, if any, constraints the BoD are under and what they can and cannot do or say that would prop the sp up. My second point is that, if we were manufacturing and selling gizmo's and we fell below production and sales figures there would be easily identifiable reasons and remedies for that type of scenario to be quickly rectified and stabilised. Not so with where Sareum are positioned at the moment. I am not making excuses for the BoD but I am trying to understand from both sides of the table why events have turned out the way they have and why it would appear that shareholders have been hung out to dry.
I am looking forward to clarification and simple rectification but not relishing the thought of anything complex or lengthy. Although being the optimist that I am, I see lessons to be learnt for 1802 which may yet prove to be valuable to us shareholders going forwards.
