Yep - all good and a good chatboard today. The big takeaway for me was the 1802 comments that suggested that a study in all solid tumours could be considered. To me, it is a blockbuster-in-waiting.

Totally agree Cobalt - at their respective ages there must be an exit plan behind the scenes.

1801 - As already reported and progressing very well. Full data read out H1 2024 but they are being "cautious with the timelines". Sufficient funding to end of Ph1b when a licensing deal is planned. Could come earlier.

1802 - Has demonstrated good efficacy in pre-clinical translational studies. No actual timescale but could progress rapidly once through Tox: studies. It is possible that they may go for a study in all solid tumours although no decision has been reached.

737 - Emphasised CPF lead in negotiations and (my opinion) NDA in place. Sareum could not and would not say anything further. The BoD are optimistic for future development with 737 and all papers from GSK are acknowledged as received and have been examined. Sareum reporting that all data/papers returned are all good and are "as they should be"

Generally, Sareum is being recognised by others and Sareum continuing discussions with other parties.

On the subject of NDA's, Sareum providing scientific advice to a partner is different to being involved in direct discussions. Breaches of a NDA can have serious consequences for individuals and Companies alike. Most Directors I know/have known would rather not know the detail of sensitive negotiations and then they cannot be held accountable for any breach. It really is a need to know basis. There can be a generalisation such as "we remain in talks" stated to Sareum, but no specifics, as that would constitute a breach. If Sareum do have more detailed information agreed by the negotiating teams, then Sareum themselves would be subject to NDA along with their Directors. It is a no win situation for the BoD.

Pretty nonsensical in my view. The market has deliberately "not liked" Sareums widening financial loss. Of course, this is historical now post reporting, but it won't make any difference to the spivs who control the sp (PH included for Gunner). The wider market is shockingly poor with Brokers whining about reduced profits etc: No surprise really when they just look to shaft PI's on a regular basis.

Brokers also have an in house incentive to suppress shareprices in general because they then have to find less liquidity to cover their exposure. Any excuse is used to take a share down and to continue to hold it down. I have no doubt Sareum was over valued when it went to 9p but is now undervalued (subjective argument of course). The AIM is fertile ground for the spiv end of the markets in general and investors are beginning to vote with their feet hence the whining.

So today was just another day in the lives of us AIM investors who are regularly fleeced by the market. It will turn however. It will have to in order to attract new money otherwise we are all going to hell in a handcart.

Morning Potnak - I don’t think Sflf was correct in implying no news for 18months. I also think any licence deal won’t necessarily open a can of worms either. Once 1801 is proven it has multiple applications and by definition multiple licence opportunities. I am not clued up enough to know how long flash to bang would be if a successful 1801 in psoriasis could be tweaked to become successful in RA for example or severe respiratory disease. Ahfams point that Sareum can only report out from the trial which is being conducted by others is a fair point IMO.

There are no signs of anything going wrong and timelines are being met as are the main objectives.

Patience is required - as ever, but until Sareum release negative news I will remain invested. I will be first to put my hands up if proven wrong

Agree Gunner - we can agree to disagree. But none of the naysayers have responded to me by saying what has changed. Fine if it is just opportunism, then just say that.

So everything is progressing nicely confirmed in RNS and the market drops it by 8% - market cap of £52m. Risk/Reward is the consideration IMO and not finding negativity at every opportunity. So, if like me, you feel that this will be successful, then it is a screaming buy.

I’m invested because of the content of the RNS Gunner. Yes I will buy more when ready to.

The aim is to make money so what made you think you have a right to easy money here and why invest in the first place. You only have yourself to blame if you are unhappy. My main point is nothing has changed - what did you expect? No point stamping your feet if the BoD don’t say what you want them to.

Where are you getting a minimum of 18months from sflf? Plenty of value milestones to come with Ph1b completing by end of 2024 - that’s 12 months although caveats apply.

1801 application is for multiple applications. Therefore multiple licences? Same as 1802.

Personally, I would prefer a buyout but there will be a strategic plan in place.

Strong foundations are being built here with 1801 and, potentially, 1802. Part 2 dosage commenced early September and over 5 weeks in without any adverse being reported to date. It is also highly encouraging to hear that our BoD are so confident and assured of early success flowing through into the data.

I also think that 1801 is not a busted flush with severe respiratory disease either.

The important point here is that it is no longer speculation but a fast approaching reality that the science is sound and, above all, is safe.

With finance in place there are no barriers to validation. This was a crucial cornerstone in the building blocks. I am looking forwards to the release of the year end results (not expecting anything spectacular) and the Q&A.

I sense we all feel the same optimism albeit a little guarded but the recent buying despite RF selling down is a sign of growing confidence in Sareum's future.

Another 15k disposed of. Fits with the earlier observation that the early 10k sells were balancing the books. 15k about right for today.

Worth noting that it has been about 44 trading days since funding announced on 3rd August.

Even if an average of 15k shares a day were sold (which there hasn’t) that would mean no more than 660k shares would have been sold to date.

I don’t think it has all been sold down personally - I think SOG is of a similar mindset.

I don’t think that we have got through more than 1m of them. Also, they don’t have to sell. There is no doubt that all recent after hours trades have been RF. Good news will soon soak up any selling and I also suspect that RF realise that they can make more money by holding half and then allowing the sp to trigger their warrants being exercised. They know what they are doing and win in both directions

I wouldn't take any notice of the spivs and their flunky's who post here.

Just assess the operational progress, the opportunities ahead, and the quality BoD that is in place. Then apply a simple Risk/reward thought process and you can see that, like many other Companies with good prospects, we are undervalued which makes this a buy.

Oh...and worth remembering that you cannot undiscover gold, copper, silver etc:

Don't give them your shares on the cheap which is what all of this orchestration is about.

Not sure another scientist would make any difference at all Gunner. I agree with you with regards Oz trials if logistically viable.

There is no doubt that the sp is trading sideways and has been for some time. It is being very carefully managed by mm’s and RF.

We need solid news to support a breakout from here. I am conscious that RF have warrants at 143p which may act as a bit of a brake on the sp if we get good news. I can’t see them exercising those warrants until the sp is at a consistently higher level than 143p. When they do exercise, it will be yet more money in the pot for Sareum. It’s a slow burner at the moment but there is a suspicion within me that there is a structured plan slowly coming together.
