Yes you have Puma. A lot of us were buying large amounts at 0.28p, 0.3p and 0.36p (pre consolidation). The subsequent run up to 9p allowed many of us to slice a few million and make substantial gains before consolidation. I can assure you that a lot of us here have done much better than Premium Bond returns and even yours and Maj's returns to date.

As I stated earlier - enjoy your time in the sun. I am confident we will have another bull run going forwards on positive news. Good try at spreading FUD though.

Genuine Q Bluenose. What price do you think Sareum would be at today had it not consolidated. Personally I think it would have be at these levels anyway.

Gunner nobody is saying that at all. But you are reeling out the same diatribe at every opportunity. Hence a lack of trust as to your motives. There is a huge gulf between mans vision and his capabilities. But get stuck in and get an EGM going. Call that vote of no confidence. Tell us what you would do and how you would do it.

Maj - It doesn't take the brains of an Archbishop to short on the coat tails of RF - You may have missed my advice to you a few weeks ago and that was to buy in and reap the rewards when trial data is released - there - easy isn't it. And if I am proven correct you will have missed out won't you. The difference is that I will not crow or call you stupid.

@Surfie, it isn't about being harsh at all. You need to manage your own expectation and act accordingly. Look at the rest of AIM - a complete horror story with loads of disgruntled retail investors being shafted by Brokers/MMs and shorters. Starvest are bailing out of the AIM due to their market cap being less than their Net Asset Value (NAV). We are all being shafted not just you. We are all frustrated not just you. Do your own risk assessment and act accordingly.

Maj. You are still not getting it are you. We know what is causing the drop. It is not Trials failing or anything remotely like that and Sareums progress continues. Your short, RF etc: - market mechanics as you like to term it. I have been quietly adding at these low prices and will continue to do so. This is a buying opportunity not a selling opportunity. Your short term view is not being entertained by those of us with longer term views.

It isn't personal. But your assertion that only you can be right is flawed. We have all been through this sort of stuff before. Our day will come. Enjoy yours.

Interesting points of view over the past week or so. I agree with SAD when he queries long term holders motives - who would want to talk their investment down other than traders of shorters?

I think we are all at a point whereby we know exactly what Sareum are about and what we are waiting for - Katstrangler clearly doesn't understand and mocks others in general. The point is that you either believe in the direction of travel and are prepared to take a risk - or you don't so why remain invested? Like others here, I am prepared to take a substantial risk and let news drive it forwards (or backwards). RF is definitely a drag on the sp but it is funding our trials. We cannot have it both ways. I get the frustration but carping and whingeing about the same things over and over is pointless as it will not change anything one iota.

So managing our own expectations is key to the thought processes here. No point blaming others for your own investment decisions. Take ownership and manage expectations for yourselves.

I think everyone here is disappointed with the sp and the AGM may well be lively. The BoD won't be releasing anything price sensitive at the meeting that hasn't already been subject to a RNS - so lets get that one out of the way.

I am with Ahfam when he states that there is a disconnect between Sareum progress and the sp drop.

I can also empathise with the comments earlier today that Sareum requires a commercially minded CEO.

We could get news in relation to BIO-Europe 6-8 November held in Munich. It is also a big opportunity for Sareum to Network and to show off their wares.

It would be right to hold the BoD to account, but I do not think they have done much wrong. We all have absolutely no idea what is going on behind the scenes, what NDA's may or may not be in place . NDA would certainly explain some of the silence. I also think the BoD may well have expected an inflow of cash that never arrived for whatever reason. We all knew a cashcall was coming. Liken it to trying to obtain a mortgage with a poor credit score!

Directors are damned if they do and damned if they don't in most instances. They are also governed by strict rules. Breaching rules and NDA's would be serious for both the individual concerned and the Company.

I am not saying that everything has been foot perfect but I think the BoD have every right to defend themselves but may also find that they can't provide full disclosure within their responses. The sp? There are plenty of traders here alongside Maj/Puma. Best of luck and hope you all make money. My focus, and that of several holders here, is on newsflow and the longer term. We will also make money from our different strategy. Some of us still are. Just a look at the market cap will tell you whether Sareum is fair value, poor value or good value.

I think so Gunner - I don’t ramp. I have never known anyone talk their supposed investment down so much as yourself, Funnyguy and DeAr.

Not much of it is informed or factual and your ignorance of Corporate Governance is palpable.

Provided we all make money I am relaxed about where it goes and I will purchase several more using the same strategy as SD.

Well done SD - RF will continue to suppress the sp whilst it suits them as they get even more shares from Sareum. If Sareum draw down a further £300k at this sp you get the overall picture. If good news is due/does come, then RF may well wait for a SP surge as they have warrants exercisable at £1.43. They will win in either direction. The spanner in the works for them is if Sareum have a windfall and pay down the debt and have no further need to draw down.

Not sure we are near RF selling down just yet. Seems that volume has picked up significantly in the past few trading days. I suspect that mm's are filling larger orders at bargain basement rates - aided and abetted by RF.

We are deep into the trial now with no adverse reported. Confidence returning or a leak?

Good post Ben - GGP is another classic example. Don't overlook the fact though that these sells are buys for others such as Brokers. World events also no helping so negative opportunism is rife across the board.

I think that both the HNWI and Consolidation comments are lop-sided.

First of all, HNWI’s do not have the same financial angst with which investments such as this. If they realise a loss they can offset the loss against a capital gain. They will make their own decisions and not communicate it. Sareum needs to have something to attract them.

Consolidation - The operational news/progress/trial would still be the same as would the need for cash. To think that Consolidation is behind the drop is incorrect. It may well have given the mm’s more room to manipulate the stock but I think that the m/c would still be the same anyway. What it does do though is to make the sp rise much more quickly due to only 72m shares in circulation and will value the shares much higher on a takeover or licence.

I agree we should have raised much earlier but didn’t and errors of judgement have been made. As far as I can see it is only the mms and brokers that benefit from this current activity

Sareum is not a sound investment for large institutions, pension funds etc: due to the high risk factor. A lot would not be permitted to invest due to their own rules.

If/when we get good data from trials then the obvious risk is lessened considerably and that may well prove to be attractive to larger investors.

Until that time, it is what it is and we either stick with what we believe and hope for, or, we lose faith and sell up. Over analysis and carping on will not change events one iota.
