Do not misquote me - you are disingenuous. I stated the downside from here was minimal. You will buy to close your short as will others here.

It matters not and I will continue to buy. This difficult period will pass and the sp will rise again. I assess that I can make significant profit from this level. When a share is unloved, that is the time to buy.

I, for one, have been buying at these low levels. There will never be a better opportunity to get shares at this price once news drops. The downside from here is minimal and the upside is significant. The shorters know they are on limited time and RF shares are dwindling. No point in complaining when this rises and you can’t buy in. Even the shorters will be buying to close their position - especially PH and their lackeys

I hope somebody will be in to at least offer you both a cup of tea. Personally, I do not understand the logic of visiting. There may well be nobody there or, if there is, they can probably only provide reassurance without divulging anything material. I am not unsupportive but I do not see what there is to gain.

I agree Bigeasy. I've been banging this drum for a while with regards collusion and posted yesterday how Brokers get away with their corruption through the lack of regulation and obfuscation. Legalised fraud.

Easier to blame the BoD than the market makers and Brokers as the BoD are high profile targets whereas the Brokers are faceless and have all the cards stacked in their favour.

Tom Winnifrith is all about Tom Winnifrith. It is fair to say he will make you a small fortune but only after you have invested a large fortune.

The sp has got the better of me at this level and I have bought more. The BoD are not panicking and may well be working through implementing Plan B. Shares are a gift at this level IMO. 36p and a 100% return is possible

Ben - you have inadvertently made a good point. The BoD are accountable and rightly come in for some flak. We are also accountable for our own decisions and, in my case, I am accountable to Mrs Laz who loves being in the negative “I told you so” mode. No escape.

The ones who always escape scrutiny and accountability are the brokers. They are a bunch of complicit rogues who will use our shares from their nominee accounts to go short. We were tipped off about PH going short and the next day sure enough, the decline began to where we find ourselves now. There is a wall of silence from Brokers who hide behind weak regulation and obfuscation.

Will the sp rise going into the new tax year? You bet it will. We are all being played and/or mugged as small investors. What is happening now is all about creating greater churn going forwards so that - if news comes - we private investors cannot take millions out of the market leaving the Brokers licking wounds. It is a callous game. You never see a bookie/broker going to work on a bike!! They always win

I agree Graking - seen it happen on so many occasions over the years. We knew what was coming after the RNS and the weekend visitation from a prolific shorter who operates under many different guises.

Despite the situation, there appears to be plenty of buyers with only RF and brokers encouraging the drop. Personally, I will follow the brokers as opposed to the herd and I will buy after the next update.

I agree that the BoD would not want to throw away a lifetimes work. I sincerely hope that Sareum are screwing RF by going elsewhere for funding. There are only 72m shares in circulation so plenty of headroom for issuing more.

The BoD has deferred salary in the past so they are well aware of how to operate on a shoestring. Best to wait for the next update. I am not advising buying or selling. This is just my personal view.

I have no idea how it will play out but there are options. Also the RNS suggested that wheels were already in motion.

That can’t be the case funnyguy and you know it. If there was anything adverse with the trial it would have to be reported. We have had nothing to date other than the finance caution.

The finance has been a poor deal but I would imagine that there is more to come in terms of updates. Who knows what direction we will take but the fat lady is not even warming up yet let alone singing! If you think we are screwed I would sell up and take what little you can, while you can - that’s if you have any of course

It certainly does Jima hence the anger and frustration at the RNS. Once the market has been reassured this becomes a strong buy again and I will certainly resume my purchases. Should there have to be a shareholder bail out I will also take part if the terms are satisfactory

I also think that there is some way to go before we reach Armageddon- nobody likes the situation least of all me, but don’t let’s panic ourselves into a false position of our own making. We could even have a major take a stake in the Company. The resultant announcement and sp surge would/could make a third party a lot of money and offset licence costs. Lots of potential scenarios. God alone knows which one we will end with.

I was in a company once - Nosta Tierra (NTOG) whose market cap was far less than its assets. A broker had gone short despite good news - eventually, said broker was trapped and went to NTOG CEO and asked home to do a placing that they would subscribe to allowing them to cover their position. The CEO was enraged at their overall treatment told the broker where to go and went public in the Financial press. This was about 15 years ago (or even more) Just shows the arrogance of brokers and the expectation that everyone should be complicit with their manipulation. Despicable

I agree that the market is on its knees Maj. I have never had a post reported or removed because I don’t like opposing views - if we all make money then the strategy cannot be wrong. Could always be better though!

The RNS has caused a furore but we are not talking huge amounts of money required especially if our pipeline remains active (which it does). Sareum also has patents granted.

A useful analogy is that if you are skint your property doesn’t drop in value and you can still sell it. The error is in telling everyone your skint before it’s sold. The RNS should have been split into 2 x one liners. One announcing when the results would be released and the other announcing the issuing of 1.5m shares under the terms of the agreement. The rest was sheer commercial management suicide

Elcap - don’t be taken in by them. They will happily destroy our investments. They did get abuse only because they dished out very personal abuse to lots of us here with a different strategy.

I think they bailed out a while ago and are probably opening new short positions as we speak.

To be fair to them, they will have made money at our expense but my own and several other investors strategies have yet to play out. I cannot rate this as a buy due to the lack of information surrounding a viable solution as we stand.

Their posts on other sites are just as condescending and gloating as they were on here. Sharks!

One point that came to mind is that the original RNS may have contained more information regarding future intentions but was vetted by the NOMAD and elements removed due to not being factual just yet. It was necessary to keep the negative stuff in as it was factual and also had to contain the information relating to the issue of more shares to RF which take effect next Monday.

Very poorly presented though and somebody at Sareum should be ashamed of themselves
