Just a cheeky top up from me.
Have been holding a while and been waiting for this to start moving. May seem like i've been spiked, but bigger picture and all that :-)

I know it's on a tiny scale in comparison, but my experience of lawyers suggested timeframes has consistently screwed me over in life. It's as if there's an industry secret, much akin to the magic circle, where they create a client dependency upon them where you're so deep into the process it's too difficult to find somebody else to do the work. Years ago i had to move out of my own house for six months due to the tardiness and deceit of a solicitor. Currently i have two different lawyers, from different firms, who've promised certain timeframes, and both come up woefully short. One working on a commercial loan agreement the other on a possession order. It's not difficult to envisage that the legals are the big hold up for our asset sale.

I wonder if reaction to the latest covid scare is becoming somewhat muted, as it's starting to appear that the new variant may have a reduced mortality rate?
All good news for the wider market.

This has been one of my long term "sleeper shares". Interesting to see the differing views of this rns. From a personal stance it would be nice to see the nearer term value that income generation will add to the company.

I was in Greenbow, Alabama last month and got talking to a guy that invested in a small mining company a long time ago. He said "well that little ol' company i invested in, Eurasia Mining, well it's now a household name".
He then treated me to a lunch of fried shrimp, whilst showing me his old war wounds and pictures of his departed dear wife Jenny.

If you click on the Pow Share Charts icon above, you will see that you are definitely wrong. Also it may be prudent for you to decide whether you want to trade the share or invest in the company, it may assist in the apparent confusion you suffer at the moment!

Changes in sp mean very little if invested in the company and potential asset sale.
We've seen the nonsensical fluctuations for the last couple of years.
We inch closer, but ignore the hysteria.
