As with many things in life, reality is often somewhere in the middle ground of the extreme views held by many, where an exchange of ideas /opinions is seen only as a path to being proven right.
I am significantly underwater with this share, but have been with many others, some of which have done very well. Unfortunately, unlike many on here, I do not "know as fact" where this Syme journey will take me. Fortunately I'm not a trader but an investor in the long term success of the company, so the transience of the SP is irrelevant.

Unfortunately the individuals you refer to will simply justify their warped obsessions. It's a trick of the ego, it won't let them acknowledge what they've become. The ego produces all kinds of unpalatable behaviour in individuals, simply to mask uncomfortable truths of their subconscious minds. They will never become introspective enough to allow their genuine selves a look in, but simply continue with their vitriol and negativity, sometimes until the day they leave this mortal coil!

I guess it's traders who are running, whilst investors see this RNS for what it is, a kind of RNS by obligation. In my experience it is certainly not unusual for companies timelines to drift. A great time for investors in the company to top up,.

For those investing in the success of the company, its a win win. Nice special divi on the horizon and a company still in possession of huge assets and intent on diversification with partnerships in possession of industry experts and government backing :-) .
The only worriers are the shorters and the more straightforward traders. Personally, I can't work out why anyone would short this. The downward trend can only move twenty odd pence, the upward? well it's limitless!

A bit of humour does help to lighten what are, otherwise, rather challenging issues that most have to face in life.
My dad has had both his legs amputated (too many cakes) and last Christmas one of my brothers sent him a pair of socks!
It helped for all, that whatever happens, laughter could take the harshness out of a situation.

Although popular belief is that the song is about "self abuse" (it is), the Vapours deny this, probably as it limits their royalties potential.. However, it does seem a rather apt song for some of our "limited" friends on here that consistently peddle their doomed spin on proceedings.
