Fully funded to Q3 means "we will look to raise in Q2"....We've all seen this many times. Therefore I doubt they'd want to raise at this price so we can virtually guarantee that the forthcoming results are likely to ramped to high heaven..not likely to be merely good but we could even see a fabled 'game changer' comment within the Rns. Now when we are talking about a random explorer who have poured money into some islolated hell hole for the last 5 years without a JV then the market wouldn't give a FF about upgrades but when an outfit is weeks (apparently) away from production then upgrades are worth something. .And obviously the sexier the better as long as the market believes. If BMD is right about KRS upgrade this week as a result of some funky new equipment then I expect that to illustrate perfectly of what's going to happen here. Old story, new story or Disney ending it matters not I won't be around for it anyway. I even expect this to dip to let mates in for next leg. I am convinced everyone who reads this is FULLY aware already that this is the way the game is played and that i am not educating anyone. I am just trying to underline that I personally am far from naive. .Thanks for caring though. we can limit damage and if lo and behold the fundamentals do turn out to be genuine then bonus. 15-20mcap this year if we are being told truth. You seem well researched in both shares. These new models/vehicles to production are very interesting and Oilies too may find themselves having to be just as inventive in future if their industry continues to be decimated. It's seems the old model of explorers pouring cash into a bottomless pit for 5 years until a Major is interested is well and truly dead. KRS,which I have just looked at seems to have a similar history and hopefully similar future to NMG.. This may dip a little to 0.10/11 but with drill results due and Q3 only mere months away for NMG. I feel KRS may have a little of their good news already priced in..In comparison to NMG. It's only a feeling but I think NMG will have a quicker path to a 10m mcap then KRS will have to a 30m mcap from here @7.25 on 31/03/16. And that's not in anyway a slur on the great position the KRS shareholders find themselves in after years of pain as it seems they now have a healthy cash cow. And with the Sentiment and volume that KRS have at the moment I could be easily proved wrong as early as tomorrow!! WTFDIK. ...Gla.

With new drill results due soon there's bound to be movement from here...and that's regardless of which story we decide to believe. It's a shame about the jorc as that would add real value especially as nmg already have a partner. The market gives no value to mere gold in the ground now...It needs the presence of a partner which says to the market that the gold has a STRONG chance of being extracted. So how strong a fundamental is having a 50% partner who are virtually on site fully loaded with plant and an existing heap leach operation...With a plug and play feeder pit ready to be exploited by NMG with a jorc for the big picture en route? The highlights of the recent drills show good grades so if these forthcoming results are just as sexy then I expect them to be ramped to high heaven if Randall is right about the BOD. Like I said...old story, new story or fairytale happy ending it matters not..as with goldies it never pays to just buy and hold. These are,to me anyway,quite unique fundamentals so difficult to price considering we aren't sure what the feeder pits hold in total and I have never before heard of such a low cost platform to production (if it's all true!) Say 15-20m before Jorc but if they can convert the Russians 6moz gold let alone the copper into an official resource and nothing else changes regards the partner then sky is the limit. The high share count and little ownership from BOD stops me from drinking the full glass of Koolaid however for now,for what it's worth this is primed to move. Hell,the year high would do me.Easy money

Just embarking on a bit of research...there seems to be no debt here..am I correct? The word transformational gets bandied about a bit much but this "plug and play" situation that NMG have found themselves in with an established producing partner nearby with free access to all their highly expensive plant and production facilties not forgetting the cash cow feeder pits seems almost unreal. The money saved by the Russian data alone is staggering and added to a carte blanche mining license then this really screams value..not to mention Q3 first pour projections. When they move out of feeders pits then I suppose the "big prize' will still need the jorc,pfs,dfs and pea along with funding but they have a great head start which most explorers could only dream of. I cannot speak of this outfits history like I say I am only starting my research and know nothing compared to LTH's but the current fundamentals look great.. even the mcap compared to other explorers who are skint and nowhere near a partner or production seems non lumpy! Georgia won't make anyone's top ten most favourite places for Geopolitical stability but it IS one of the most mining friendly places on Earth So,NOW can someone please tell me what I am NOT seeing.!!As there has to be something!! Anyway...did he just say 400,000m of drilling by the Russians?! No debt? And roughly.. does anyone know,in best case scenario know what we can expect ounce-wise from the feeder pits? Pranch.Not sure what to make of it all.If sale of Mandiana left them cashed up then so be it and involvement in some crypto currency tech at such an early stage would be nice.. seeing as its the new gold. i still think the future is Mandiana and the money is still in the ground in Guinea and I also understand the lack of appetite for such operations but hope we don't give it away. Although current market conditions make it difficult to say what is fair value I would still like to see at least the drill money back.That alone would see a leap in sp here. Gla

I am familiar with Merrex who are teamed up with Iamgold...Merrex have two properties.One of them is a monster.I am not sure they have a partner for that one yet......Iamgold are almost careless with money with an 800m warchest and that's well known leaving Merrex likely to be bought lock stock for stupid money at any given moment.. They have an aisc of around $1200 oz too which makes me wonder how they made money in the first place ....a point I brought up on hotcopper board. I am convinced too from my own research that Iamgold will buy out Condor (cnr) La India eventually and rescue Cnr from the most painful orphan period I have ever seen.

And one which is demonstrated across all miners. The market gives no value to gold in the ground..and hasn't done for a number of years and all this $10 oz for inferred and $40 for indicated or $100 proven is never something I have applied to my goldies because this "scale" is for already producing mines and not tiny explorers.If only it could be that simple!There's a whole world of other factors that determine what x goldie could be worth...Geography , aisc and strip ratios for a start and many more after that! But if you add gold in ground + Jv that DOES excite the market because you are actually reassuring the market that your gold has a chance of making it out the ground therefore (ie Marl) 1moz in hand is worth 10moz in the ground.. And once the market meets the partner then it will tolerate quite a bit like the Explorer being short of cash or eons between drills because the presence of the partner has spelt out the end game (sale or first pour ) and rubberstamped the assets potential......and so it holds for gold!! Compare that to a skint, tiny goldie who are all alone in the world..unless they have or even if they have the new Grasberg.... the market will eat them alive. Look what happened here when we merely confirmed we were having talks....instant 10 bag. Partners = fair market cap. And regards being sold...looks like the founders are still holders... Every one of them ..which I think tells its own story. Gla

Still moves quick even with that extra weight!If the placing shares are tightly held and not instantly flipped then it will still move like Usain.. All this needs is an Rns letting us in on the plan.

However I have had a couple of chances to sell my 2p's over the last couple of years and kicked myself for not doing it however as I said I have recouped that now and that was cash I didn't think I would see again so very happy and the chance to bank it twice would but me on cloud nine. Generally apart from my goldies I have had my best year ever trading but my LTH are See,rem,hum,this and a few cnr and I fancy some fjet soon too.I like bottom drawer-ers! I am in and out of msmn and ukog regularly and since I follow the rampers on twitter I buy a few of their ramps since volume and sentiment seems to follow them but the time it gets to the bbs is the time to start looking for the door! So getting in at the beginning of their ramp is desirable! The simple fact is those boys are the ones TW warns the vunerable about.. but in reality they would trade him under the table and make you money as long as you have you're OWN personal entry and exit plan and don't break your OWN rules. God knows if Sma are still Goldies mate...we all have our opinions but one thing we all seem to agree on is Clarke is a big hitter with half decent history and think we can safely say the days of 7months between Rns's are over.I personally think it's still Mandiana.
