You are obviously discounting any ramptastic news from new broom...and of course mates of the new bod wanting a bit of the action. 500k wouldnt get 5000m of drilling and even if they infilled to turn inferred into indicated what would be the point?This is to pay bills and keep lights on up until Jv. I know this has had little over 25,000m which in a potential gold district is little more than a intial survey..If that can give you 600kOz and open ended strike with extensive weathering then imagine what 60,000m more could bring?And still surrounded by majors....The best shop window. Thing is no one could afford that without a cashed up partner........ And that's where I think this is going.The Ceos bio reads like a retail version of Jan Nelsons bio x 20...Think of his contacts...Imagine if these guys have a huge partner lined up already and once a partner is announced these guys can take their options or maybe they want to sell Mandiana cheaper than pearl wanted to?I doubt an all out sale now though. The market gives little or no value to gold in the ground alone but loves the liklihood of gold coming out...I always use Marl as the best example as they have 30% share of 3.3moz with a partner.In real terms they have less than a lot of goldies but their market cap remains decent because the existence of the partner tells the market that the gold will come out ..(look at how we moved during the exclusivity period) of course the partner picking up the drilling bills doesn't hurt! And 1moz in hand is worth more than 10moz in the ground. What better investment could they have than Mandiana? Well that serves me right for going away and while its not a great outcome I doubt its over yet thus the placing.I can only agree with the previous poster and add that announcing suspension of talks along with a low ball placing on the same day levelled the Sp for a reason to let mates in . Otherwise why not place heavily at 1p? The court case was obviously a possibility months ago.Something IGS would of been aware of when the Assets were being sold for peanuts.Basically it now means even if Puka 3 had been a gusher we would of lost the income in a legal battle...so basically fked either way.What an incredible individual he is.
