I think the point to understand here is it's only a 'temporary suspension' to protect investors whilst they figure out the implications of the sanction. The sanction is directly against RA, who is yes a major shareholder but I can't see that as sufficient grounds for a permanent suspension to be honest. I think this will be re-listed on the LSE (when I do not know), however this was an is a FTSE100 company so can't see them not having any concern for that or the shareholders.
Once it opens back up, depending on what's happened geopolitically, this could open up above £1 / £2 etc, but yes like others have mentioned we now need to wait for more information and go from there.
