I realise you're in a sticky position with frantic days ahead, but here's an idea. Why not just break the sanctions thus avoiding GPB notification which seems to me like having a gun to POGs head. So pay GPB and fight the consequences through representation to the British government and through the courts. That would take time but it would more importantly buy time with maybe peace and sanctions lifted in the coming months.

Just a desperate and probably naive idea

I then heard a thud as John fell of his chair laughing. No seriously first thing is John reads this forum so if by miracle of miracles pog survives and actually pays dividend...remember he's checking the forum once he's checking it twice to see who's been naught and to see who's been nice.

More seriously though with the news of the gas waivers sure POG breaking the sanctions and appealing to he British Government to allow the waiver is a step closer to reality.

Pog was declared bankrupt and then some Russian yobs stole my zimmer frame thankfully my nurse woke me up for my personal care and then I saw the reaction to the RNS. So first hurdle accomplished. but FFFF me the biggest ones have yet to be cleared in tje coming days, I was thinking why doesn't POG just break the sanctions and appeal to the UK government through representation and the courts if it comes to that. With the more openness and bureaucracy in the UK they can avoid the trap set by GPB and buy valuable time

The issue is Nathan POG had no choice in the matter, it was imposed upon them by GPB who has given POG until next Tuesday not to make an interest repayment, but pay back the whole debt. This is intolerable
