Well I've searched the court records and there is no such case that Strukov JSC Uzhuralzoloto Group went to court to stop the sale of POG's 31% stake in IRC. None whatsover, When thinking about there was never any follow up RNS confirming the result

Strike got me thinking about about the November 30th RNS 2021 in which its announced Strukov would be taking the BOD to court, These courts as a matter of fact.

Srike123 You have left out the fact that Stukov and Akimov the chair of GPB are great mates. Pavel was falsly fingered by two signed documents that got the prosecution services to imprison Pavel our CEO who with Peter Hambro led us to a 40p share price. I have these documents they are in Russian and one is signed by Kharin who Strukov put on the BOD after ousting Pavel and Peter in 2020 and the other document was signed by Akimov, Strukov and Akimov played the cod cop bad cop over te sale of POG's 31% stake in IRC which was sold for $10 million when it was worth $196 million. It was akimov who pushed through the deal - I have an email from POG stating that. Strukov is not our friend he is prepared so see his 29% stake fictitiously lose his money because he will finish up being an owner. These are incontrovertible facts
