The calendar clearly shows two distinct dates FY 2017 Results & 2018 Guidance 28th March Annual Report 2017 29th March So where have I gone wrong son?

Yesterday was production guidance and today we should see the Annual Report according to the financial calendar http://www.petropavlovsk.net/en/investors/financial-calendar.html So is this to be released today and if so how is it different from yesterdays 'production and guidance' ?

Okay so Peter and Pavel were ' Vailaski Holdings ' but have they sold or purchased shares? Ista seems to think they've bailed out and Contra adds to this by saying they took up their option to purchase further shares and then transferred or sold them to Slevein Ltd. Now in my na�ve befuddled view if they've purchased and just transferred them surely that is positive as I guess they did so at the current lowish price and they clearly want them. If they've unloaded them well to me that means they've bailed out. Okay if they've actually taken up the shares (I'm not sure whether they were given or purchased) what stake does that give Peter and Pavel?
