When Strukov and Everest staged their coup the management that set up that deal with stocken were essentially kicked out with Pavel in the chokey before Christmas. Let's sat things had remained the same and Pavel was still the CEO and Hambro the Chair; would they have continued with the Stocken sale?

They are the ones who are claiming Pavel is a criminal, they had him incarcerated and then backed that up with the half finished KPMG report. So that in mind they obviously have every reason to appeal that the deal with stocken s off. lets face it they are totally for the sale of the IRC 29.9% sale if not they would be fighting its implementation all the way on behalf of the share holders

Considering the very positive Q2 2021 IRC trading update, it once again throws into sharp relief the situation where the POG shareholders 29.9 % stake in IRC is planned to be almost given away to Stocken; a company that doesn't seem to exist.

Considering the above, most shareholders and prospective share holders would find that very disconcerting.

You have explained to me that although the now discredited ex CEO Pavel Maslovskiy (KPMG report ) who is now awaiting being charged whilst incarcerated; initiated the deal back in March 2020. You also say that the bond holders Gazprom have the final say.

Okay that raises a question: If Pavel has been shown to be potentially guilty of embezzlement; sure that would negate the deal made with Stocken as it was made under questionable circumstances ?

To conclude: As a share holder I believe I have a right to have a copy of the SPA, the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Petropavlovsk PLC and Stocken. So if you could send me that I'd be very obliged.

Absolutely. To announce such positive results for IRC is just rubbing the shareholders noses in it. Let's also remember who the current chair of IRC is and who according to KPMG unfinished report is an international swindler. No wonder people don't want this share the way things are being run.
