Aimforthestarz - you are not calculating NAV but trying to calculate NPV at the start of your post, that is different.

This is an AIM share, building a company, price to earnings ratios have no relevance here, they belong with established businesses producing income. You seem to be muddled.

Aimforthestarz, I don't think it can be calculated, there is a figure in the accounts to March. Since then they have dug an open cast mine, proved the resource visibly white spodumene veins against dark earth and stockpiled just under 60,000 tonnes.

Then the plant is at a guess 80% built.

Can't put a NAV on that.

This is not good when we supply arms to Ukraine - Touregs are being connected with Isis and Al-Qaida. Amazed Ukraine is not being applied pressure to stop assisting these groups, our arms are likely to end up with terrorists attacking UK, US and Israel as ISIS is in Gaza too.

That project looks like it will be a similar price per tonne as our project. They are clearly seeing an expanding market too.

It is difficult to get orientated between the photos on the website taken on the 14th November and the link above on the 26th November. However if you look around the main body of the plant construction and the overhead conveyors coming out of the back of the plant that is a massive amount of construction in 12 days.

The belts could be on those rollers by now.

They will be working frantically on site, machines flying about everywhere but we can't get a feel for that from here.

The floor price will be great a small guarantee on an AIM stock you don't get many of those.
