And if we were well in the 115,000 to 120,000 tonne initial nameplate tonnage how long would they be willing to persue this extra tonnage.

We could be at 120,000 tonne output today but like you say trying to get that extra 5k output.

However like others have said, including the switch to Abidjan port he may be trying to get that Opex down.

But mining, quarrying, aggregate movements and any other bulk handling type of industry have these areas nailed down perfectly. Stock and facilities is completely normal, without any problems.

Rotter, not expertise here, but the obvious response would be, if they weren't expecting to hold stock, is that as soon as the plant hits nameplate they would export.

He made it very clear that he expects the plant to hit nameplate first, but is not moving stock until next quarter.

Rotter it isn't at all a difficult one. Stock and funding large stock holdings falls right into my expertise and I can tell you nobody in the industry is naive or inexperienced with loan facilities to hold stock.
