What chance have they got of getting a mining licence through quickly if DVLA cannot get an updated photo into a licence and back to me in months.

Muppetguru, exactly right, the real asset value is the important figure, the old figure for that was 300m. However, lithium is now a much higher price and 5.5% spod is now also valuable. When the licence drops Bernie has said they will go back over all the figures again and provide an accurate update.
Past guesses are 500m upwards, nobody knows how much 5.5% spod is on the land, so that will be totalled and added to the figures if viable.
Then we will trade either above or below our asset value on market sentiment.

But 5.5% spodumene was worthless then, now is also worth chasing and spodumene prices are double the figures used in the original estimate.
