I invested in these people at the start, but I am amazed how good they are.

Then our JV partner a seasoned mining company with experience and clout. Shipping companies, engineering companies etc all want to work for companies like Hainan, repeat business on the cards.

Everything is falling into place brilliantly but on a much larger scale than we initially thought we were investing in. Great place to be.
