Matt, not my target, I am expecting more.

However realistically from a lth point of view we would have very good returns in the current market at 1p.

It is always the case with shares where you are sitting on a multiple when to get out.

First production, sale of first Goldfield taken to maiden, flotation, end of next project.....

However so far we are sat on a good multiple.

Stephen still a good return if it did.

Got to keep your feet on the ground, average interest rates 2-3%, you would be looking at around 12%.

A good higher risk OEIC you would be looking around 32%.

We are multiples up on those, with high potential.

The risk here has been lower than other projects that we will not name. Nature of the project and the way Bernard operates.

Yes George getting the maximum full production tweaks completed by the end of the year would be amazing in my view, I would be happy by the end of March. Especially since they think they can extract a little more from the plant.

Technically I don't think his words are correct on 'own' because as far as I can tell only Kodal have permission to mine and receive revenue until the licence transfers.

I have noticed with all mining companies releasing RNS and similar announcements that they are purposely not whipping up too much excitement and they are releasing news in a slow considered manner.

Lithium mining and the high price of gold has had many mining orientated countries behave a little crazy.

Those two articles support the notion that the current low lithium price has stopped high cost projects and reduced experimentation in new technologies meaning that competition will be delayed in the main to a minimum 7-10 years away.

It is an ill wind.

Our flotation plant should be up and running in the second boom time alongside our two current plants.

When they decided to ship raw ore before the flotation plant is up and running, where were their permits etc to store, load and transport ore down the public roads, I could not find anything? Likely you will have the links. I could not find any ASX announcements.

In your mining code you received many tax incentives, totalling nearly 50m dollars, which is the bulk of the monies that you had to repay back and which brought you down (we don't have those) I believe there were 10 or 12 conditions attached to those tax incentives, what were those conditions?

Movement of ore has been caught in the new mining code and is applied to all existing mines under all existing codes.

You have not been reading the changes to the codes and the reasoning behind it.

It is the case in this country even to be wary of avoiding legislation and the spirit of intention - because you are very likely to be challenged on it. You can quote and apply legal jargon until you are blue in the face but a government will challenge anyone who tries to avoid legislation or regulations.

If the company or individual in the unlikely event can afford the legal battle and win, they close the loophole with new legislation.
