Board continues to forecast an underlying profit before taxation for H2, now expected to be c.£0.5m.  This performance level represents ongoing delivery of monthly profitability established at the end of H1 into H2. The Board also remains confident that the Group will continue to deliver market share growth for the remainder of the year.

 

The net cash position at the end of the year is still expected to be positive. The Group also remains fully compliant with its borrowing facility arrangements and the full £7.5m facility continues to be accessible.

With positive net cash and £7 5mln revolving bank facility this seems an overreaction ?

Physiomics will receive a fee (capped at £6m) of 6% of any future net revenues that may be received by ValiRx relating to its commercialisation of VAL201 and its derivatives in any indication,

VAL haven't got enough funds to aquire PYC

It would take at least £6mln-10mln

Hope VAL201 helps both PYC and VAL

At the current £1.4mln market value PYC has over £750,000 I cash and several larger clients plus a £1.5mln pipeline for 2023/2024 alone

It is more likely someone will buy PYC

For some PYC clients (Bicycle have just raised $25ln and Cellcentric have had Pfizer grant them $25mln) it might be q good plan to buy PYC and integrate them into their own company for their various drugs.

Pyc are one one of only a handful of companies who can do A.I/machine learning for this sector.

They also appear to be well ahead of the curve with personalised medicine

Collaborative Services Agreemen
