As Kidlington says ,we now have £750k and now awaiting the new developments, in the email they said the new areas would offer larger growth opportunities and that PYC are well positioned to win significant portion of the market share ( i have paraphrased) this was on top of the £1.5mln pipeline and they said for the first time I 3 years they have a "pipeline " which is verifiable and would represent double the 2023 revenues if all converted

They don't need to merge and don't have a high cash burn,in fact they had enough tillid 2024 sp clearly this funds were for expansion

Yes, I received a reply and will post s summary today ,I was assured that the funding will be used to exponential grow the company as some joint ventures in the personalised medicine would be helped .

I was assured that this would see immediate benefits in coming weeks

I have àlso emailed the company directly today (awaiting a reply) as to who has taken the company placing and why they needed money so quickly when they had enough money until 2024)

I am hoping it is because of large partnership needs like DoseMeRX etc

I posted something similar yesterday regarding inflation and bottom of the cycle to purchase bargain shares such as ASOS

Even though BOE will raise rates again next week , consumer inflation should still gradually come down over the next 6mths ( albeit slower than hoped by BOE)

Stocks like Asos are cyclical and this looks to be the bottom of the cycle

VAL 201 is also important as a successful deal would equate to up to £5mln for PYC
