You need to look at the cost base again..it is very low and they re fine for the foreseeable as per several RNS including the financial breakdown. Their cost of sales is very low

A company is up front amd says revenues are about 10% lower lower guidance and people who are invested in other risky AIM small caps see fit to deride.

It is clearly not good to announce two consecutive missed targets for year end June but unlike other companies they haven't hidden from that

. The Formal Sale Process has involved several rounds of bidding designed to identify the most credible potential offerors, considering both the value being offered to Purplebricks' shareholders, and the ability to deliver certainty for the Group and its stakeholders in a short timeframe.

Presently, a small number of parties remain in discussions with the Group in relation to the sale of the Company or some or all of the Group's business and assets. 

Accordingly, the Board of Purplebricks will need to agree to set the above restrictions aside for the purpose of the Business and Assets Acquisition. The Business and Assets Acquisition would also be subject to the necessary consents of the Purplebricks shareholders, and remains subject to, inter alia, satisfactory completion of documentation and due diligence. There can be no certainty that such a transaction will be concluded.

Purplebricks has granted to Strike a short period of exclusivity to negotiate the Business and Assets Acquisition (the "Exclusivity Agreement"). The Exclusivity Agreement does not place any restrictions preventing Purplebricks from pursuing an offer for its issued, and to be issued, share capital, and there is no provision for a break fee or inducement fee.

It IS an offer just under a different takeover code ....the exclusively waiver ( see both RNS at 5pm)

At £6mln cap and more than that in the bank surely the Strike deal will be superceded by an another offer now one has finally been made ?
