Surface Transforms (AIM:SCE), manufacturers of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic automotive brake discs, is pleased to announce that it proposes to raise approximately £2.0 million (before expenses) by means of a Firm Placing and Subscription, and a further £6.0 million (before expenses) by means of a Conditional Placing (together, the "Placing and Subscription"), with a total 80,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at 10 pence per New Ordinary Share. In addition to the Placing and Subscription, the Company proposes to raise up to a further £2.0 million (before expenses), subject to the Board's discretion to increase the size of the Open Offer, by way of an Open Offer (together with the Placing and Subscription, the "Fundraise").

With reference to the proposed EUDA-Theoremrx merger, the original LOI was signed on 4th October and announced on 5th October. The LOI provided for a 30 day exclusivity period with the option of a 15 day extension at the agreement of both parties. I believe that if it were 'working days' then surely it would have specified this

My interpretation is that the 30 day exclusivity period expired on 3rd November and we are now well into the extension period with the final date for a news release being 18th November. As the 18th November falls on a Saturday, I would expect news by close of business in the US Friday night

Previous best was £900k so one woukd assume they are targeting over £1mln (and also have £1mln confirmed pipeline of deals due to be won going forward)

Any business has overheads and needs staffing costs

Pyc CEO ( unlike 90% of AIM ...including NNN)..has no taken a pay rise in 4 years and also has one of lowest salary on AIM)

Also , PYC are actually generating revenues unlike 90% and yet these new posters seem obliged to comment on PYC and not 90% if other companies
