2 £11mln+more than achievable as the £1mln pipeline is ON TOP of the contracts amd income won from July to September 2023 (some of which was was the £300k or so of delayed income from H1 2023 but you've chosen not to read or mention that

Strategic aims

expand and diversify core consulting business both through repeat business and through the acquisition of new clients;
