The number of prospective clients in the sales pipeline for Inaphaea's services and products is continuing to grow, with 11 at an advanced stage of discussion. This includes both screening and licencing of patient derived cells ("PDC"). Interest has been expressed from a range of end users, including biotech companies, large pharma and large CROs

VAL also updated on Inphea labs in their RNS today which PYC and VAL have a collaboration agreement on if I remember?

Clinical Stage Assets

VAL201 remains subject to the Letter of Intent ("LoI") with TheoremRx Inc. The Board maintains regular communication with the TheoremRx team to determine whether there is continuing progress to secure the necessary financing, which will enable the proposed merger with EUDA Health and the VAL201 sub-license to complete. The sub-license contains provisions for upfront and early-stage milestone payment and will release the payment for work already conducted under the previously announced service agreement as well as a commitment for future service provision.

In June 2023, ValiRx announced the carve-out of the Greater China region from the exclusivity clause in the TheoremRx LOI. This enables the Company to re-commence active marketing of the project in this region in order to explore additional sources of revenue.

The Company was excited to announce its intention to develop a separate consulting service line focused on the delivery of biostatistics projects. Several complementary options are being pursued simultaneously to build out this new capability and a further update will be provided to the market towards the end of the current financial year. We anticipate that, if successful, this new service line could make a material contribution to the Company's revenues and bottom line in the financial year ending 30 June 2025.

These views are in stark contrast to late April where you believed contracts would come and 2pemce would be breached

What has changed in the meantime ?...an unfortunate slippage (not cancelled as happened in early 2023) of contracts which will now generate most revenues in year starting July, it is frustrating and as you say if you have tried Pete maybe try JM again as I f I recall you said he would often reply
