Company confirms that it continues to progress discussions with City Oil Field ("COF") in relation to the proposed strategic agreement and cross shareholding arrangement, which, as previously announced, implies a valuation of 11.87 pence per Sabien ordinary share. The transaction remains subject to the completion of a number of conditions, including the completion of the PEDCO investment and compliance with applicable Korean financial regulatory requirements.

As a result of these conditions and regulatory processes, the Company currently expects that, if the transaction proceeds, completion is likely to occur later in the first quarter of 2026
