There were a few people on TR1s back in 2022 but with ICON share capital reorganised it's difficult to track but those 3 or 4 x 500k sells are each about 3%

The potential proceeds however, in the Directors opinion, are unlikely to be sufficient to meet all future liabilities meaning there could be no value in the ordinary shares of the Company or any likely return to shareholders.

All.i can say is that you can sell 25mln at nearly 0.029 but can't buy much 3
